Is International Law a Law?
Most of the students of International Law are faced with one of the vital questions: Is international law a Law? Here, I have endeavored to simplify this question. I would be discussing in this paper that how International Law is a law, and the positive approach towards it. In an attempt to shed light on the importance of International Law, Ludwig Quidde says “The security of which we speak is to be attained by the development of international law through an international organization based on the principles of law and justice.” Thus we can say that globalization is possible with making of vast number of international organizations and gigantic network of international law. There is no denying the fact that globalization is the one and only podium where we feel the need of International Law. Nations cannot live in seclusion.
