In my educational career I have been through a lot of ups and downs. But, I give credit, for my all ups, to my habit of taking notes. Tips for Keeping Your Brain Healthy

Does your brain have these? Do you want to keep your brain in good shape, and use it at its best when you need it the most? Here, I will list a number of tools for you to do that. Sudoku If you want to be the carrier of a healthy brain, but you don't play Sudoku, then nothing can help you. A number of research studies have proven that Sudoku has the ability to work on such parts of your mind that are normally blunted. You can learn it easily. So, start playing it at least for 10 minutes a day. In my experience, it is one of the most influential ways to sharpen your brain. Exercise  Make sure you exercise daily.
